What are your business goals? If nothing changes, are you on track to achieve them?

Without understanding where you want to end up, it's difficult to know which direction you should head. We help clients develop strategy with a clear end-state and a realistic implementation timeline.

In our initial engagement, we strive to understand your long-term goals for the business - profitability, expansion, brand recognition, acquisition, or even just retirement. Our diverse clients, each with a broad range of stakeholders, often manage competing priorities for the business and we work carefully to help harmonize these interests.

This first meeting allows us to get to know each other and discuss the issues that keep you up at night. While some clients bring us in to help with narrowly defined problems, others look to us to first help identify the problems themselves.

From what we learn from our discussions and what we observe, we quickly make hypotheses about root causes and possible solutions.

Sometimes, our initial thoughts turn out to be spot on. But we always look to the numbers for evidence of whether or not we're on the right track and we quickly iterate to new hypotheses as soon as our current line of thinking is disconfirmed.

Quickly iterating our thinking in response to the data we analyze and the input of your team feeds into our strategy formulation. We strongly believe that our recommendations must be something our clients can implement and we consider carefully whether sufficient capacity and resources are available.
